Services

General & Routine Maintenance

We specialize in planning and safely executing general and preventive maintenance (Levels 1-3) for complex plants like oil, gas, and petrochemical facilities. Our experienced management team supports the maintenance team in updating asset registers, managing Work Orders, overseeing materials and inventory, and analyzing maintenance activities for the client's Management Information System.

Fabric Maintenance

We prioritize the integrity and asset life of client facilities through a pro-active fabric maintenance program. This involves maintenance activities such as surface preparation, coating, scaffolding, insulation, passive fire protection, structural repairs, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and Rope Access.

Turnaround Maintenance

We ensure that TAM is within schedule and without reworks. We support clients with our globally-tested supply chain capacity to ensure TAMs are meticulously delivered to standard and on schedule, avoiding costly downtime. Our expert team and network of technical partners at the helm, ensure that clients get exceptional service consistently.

Operations and Specific Maintenance

AMEL executes Level-4 and Level-5 maintenance on rotating and reciprocating machinery, static, lifting and safety equipment, valves, HVAC, motors, generators, transformers, switchgears, power transmission and distribution systems. These levels of maintenance entail repairs, upgrades and life extensions, decommissioning and relocation, Energy Storage Systems, dismantling and reassembly, calibration, relocation, adjustments, retrofits, obsolescence studies, overhauls and software installation.

Engineering

We understand that optimizing equipment, procedures and budgets can be essential for clients to achieve higher maintainability, availability and reliability of installations. We support clients to realize a fit-for-purpose maintenance organisation by providing analysis of repetitive failures, maintenance cost engineering, scheduling of overhauls and replacement programs, obsolescence management, capability assessment and HAZOPS.
