By integrating the best workforce with advanced technologies and best practices, we help organisations and institutions to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure the reliability of critical infrastructure.

  • Pragmatic, efficient, sustainable.

Through proactive maintenance strategies and innovative engineering solutions, we can optimise performance and contribute to sustainable energy practices, ultimately ensuring that your facility remains both resilient and environmentally conscious.

  • AMEL is experienced in the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) packages such as SAP, PACER which are integrated with the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and support decision-making processes through comprehensive maintenance data management and analysis.  AMEL is a leader in planning and safe execution of general and preventive (Levels 1-3) maintenance for high complexity plants such as oil, gas and petrochemical plants. Our team of trained and experienced personnel are on-hand to support the organic maintenance team in improving and updating the asset registers, management of Work Orders, materials and inventory management, and reporting and analysis of maintenance activities for update of the client’s Management Information System.

  • At AMEL, we look beyond the aesthetics of the client’s plant. Under a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with our sister company (ARCO Integrity Solutions Limited - AISL), and our technical partners, we prioritize the integrity and asset life extension of client’s facilities under a proactive integrated fabric maintenance program, for which specific fabric maintenance plans are developed and executed by multi-disciplinary teams, in conjunction with client organization, based on integrity-driven risk assessment, asset life expectancy, and traditional fabric maintenance activities such as surface preparation and coating, scaffolding, insulation, passive fire protection systems, structural repairs, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Rope Access.

  • At AMEL, we deploy our expertise, efficiency, quality, momentum, a wide support from our network of partners, to ensure that TAM is completed and the plant restarted within schedule and without reworks. Whether we get onboard the project at inception or not, we bring our unique experience to make valuable input to the planning. At AMEL, we know that procurement lead times could be a major challenge in TAMs, and the delay in start-up could adversely affect stakeholder expectations so we support clients with our globally-tested supply chain capacity to ensure that TAMs are meticulously delivered at pace and on schedule such that operations don’t skip. Our expert team and network of technical partners at the helm, ensure that clients get exceptional service consistently.

  • Through our OEM-certified, in-house and partner technicians, AMEL executes Level-4 and Level-5 maintenance on rotating and reciprocating machinery, static, lifting and safety equipment, valves, HVAC, motors, generators, transformers, switchgears, power transmission and distribution systems. These levels of maintenance entail repairs, upgrades and life extensions, decommissioning and relocation, Energy Storage Systems, dismantling and reassembly, calibration, relocation, adjustments, retrofits and life extensions, obsolescence studies, overhauls, software installation and upgrades.

  • At AMEL, we understand that optimizing equipment, procedures and budgets helps client to achieve higher maintainability, availability and reliability of installations. We support clients to realize a fit-for-purpose maintenance organisation, analyse repetitive failures, maintenance cost engineering, scheduling of overhauls and replacement programs, obsolescence management, capability assessment and HAZOPS.
